What do your officiant services include? At Vows & Forever, we take the time to truly get to know each couple so your ceremony feels authentic and personal. Meeting with you in advance allows us to understand your story, customize every detail, and ensure you feel confident and prepared when making key decisions.

Our Full Custom Package includes unlimited meetings and ceremony drafts, giving you the freedom to design a one-of-a-kind celebration. You’ll also have unlimited communication throughout the planning process, along with personalized support with writing your vows, so your words reflect the depth of your love and the significance of the moment.

For Sign-&-Go and Commitment Ceremonies, we’ll tailor the experience to your needs and finalize all details prior to your contract and deposit.

After your wedding, we’ll take care of all the legal paperwork and file it with the county clerk — making your marriage official and leaving you free to simply enjoy your day.

My partner and I are already married — or — just want to pledge our love for each other without the formal legalities? Do you perform Commitment Ceremonies? Commitment ceremonies can be grand or intimate, celebrating your lifelong bond with loved ones—no marriage license required. Vows & Forever officiants customize each Commitment Ceremony just as they do weddings — so each ceremony is personalized to your love story.

Can you help me write my custom wedding vows? Our Custom Ceremony Package includes guidance on your vows with edits, timing, and flow. Vows & Forever also offers full-service personalized vow and speech writing for an additional fee, with discounts for our officiating couples. And yes — if you’d like us to keep the ghostwriting a secret, your secret is safe with us!

What do you mean by travel fees? Will each ceremony require them? Travel fees for wedding ceremonies vary based on the venue's location relative to the officiant's residence or a major airport for out-of-state travel. We make every effort to minimize travel costs. Any additional fees will be calculated and agreed upon before the contract is finalized and the deposit is paid.

Do you attend the wedding rehearsal? Since rehearsals are primarily for the wedding party to practice the processional and recessional, our officiants don’t typically attend. However, we’re happy to be there for an additional fee if you’d like. To ensure you feel confident, we provide clear step-by-step instructions so you can run your own rehearsal with ease — most couples find that’s all they need.
