During this meeting, you can ask questions, get to know the officiant and see if it feels like the perfect fit!

What do your officiant services include? At Vows & Forever, we take the time to truly get to know each couple so your ceremony feels authentic and personal. Meeting with you in advance allows us to understand your story, customize every detail and ensure you feel confident and prepared when making key decisions.

Our Full Custom Package includes unlimited meetings and drafts to design a one-of-a-kind ceremony. Our package includes personalized support with custom vows, so your words are as meaningful as the moment.

For sign-&-go and commitment ceremonies, we’ll tailor the experience to your needs and finalize all details before your contract and deposit.

After your wedding, we’ll handle all the legal paperwork and ensure it’s filed with the county clerk — so your marriage is official without any stress on your part.

Can you help me write my custom wedding vows? Vows & Forever is also a custom wedding vows and speech writing service. Each of our officiants specializes in crafting meaningful vows and can help bring your thoughts to life for an additional fee. If you’ve hired us to officiate your wedding, you’ll enjoy a discount on our vow-writing services. And yes—we don’t have to tell your partner we’re ghostwriting your vows, if you don’t want to!

What do you mean by travel fees? Will each ceremony require them? Travel fees for wedding ceremonies vary based on the venue's location relative to the officiant's residence or a major airport for out-of-state travel. We make every effort to minimize travel costs. Any additional fees will be calculated and agreed upon before the contract is finalized and the deposit is paid.

Do you attend the wedding rehearsal? Since rehearsals are mainly for the wedding party to practice the processional and recessional, our officiants don’t usually attend. That said, we’re happy to be there for an additional fee if you’d like. To ensure you feel confident, we provide detailed instructions so you can run your own rehearsal with ease — and most couples find that’s all they need.
